Meet Rian
Founder, Phoenix Services Corp
Hi, I’m Rian Barger, a proud Clarksville native, graduate of Austin Peay State University, licensed real estate agent, and the founder of Phoenix Services Corp.
I grew up on a farm right here in Clarksville, surrounded by animals of all kinds — cows, pigs, geese, peacocks, chickens, and horses — and I’ve always loved being hands-on. I learned to drive a stick shift at six years old, even though I could barely see over the dash, and I’ve been on the move ever since. Sports played a big role in my life. I played golf, ran cross country, played softball, and even played soccer at Austin Peay until a weightlifting injury changed my path.
That shift led me to discover my passion for construction. I didn’t grow up in the trades, but once I stepped into the industry, I knew I’d found what I was meant to do. I love building, designing, and bringing spaces to life. I stay deeply involved in every project and treat each one like it’s my own. Phoenix Services Corp is proudly 100% woman-owned and built on a mission to break barriers, build trust, and deliver high-quality work with heart.
With experience in both construction and real estate, I bring a full-service perspective to every client. Whether you're buying, selling, remodeling, or starting from the ground up, I’ll help you move forward with confidence. I’m a visual thinker — if I see it, I remember it — and that helps me stay dialed in to the details and design of every job.
When I’m not on a job site or walking properties, I’m with my partner Dylan and our daughter Emma. We share life with four dogs (Antenna Blu, Millie Rose, Zadie Amore, and Kingston Grey), two chameleons (Frankie and Chamelly), a bird named Zippie, and a snake named Phillip. Life’s a little chaotic, a little wild, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Meet Dylan
Project Manager
Dylan is our project manager, hardscape expert, problem-solver, numbers guy, and all-around jack of all trades. With a strong background in outdoor living, drainage, septic systems, grading, retaining walls, and pavers, he brings the structure and strategy that help keep Phoenix Services running smoothly.
He served in the U.S. Army as a sniper and, after completing his service, launched his own company. He later transitioned into full-scale construction, blending precision, grit, and heart into every project.
Dylan is known for doing complex calculations in his head faster than most people can write them down. He’s the one you want on-site when the details matter most.
When he’s not on a job site, Dylan is a proud girl dad to Emma, a sports enthusiast (especially when it comes to Arkansas teams — go Razorbacks), a grill master, outdoor adventurer, and part-time turtle rescuer.
TWO EXPERTS, ONE VISION
Some couples meet at a coffee shop. We met on a job site.
What started as a few shared projects quickly grew into something more. Working side by side, we realized how naturally our strengths balanced each other. Rian brings the vision, design, and client experience. Dylan brings the structure, numbers, and problem-solving.
Somewhere between schedules, site visits, and punch lists, we realized this wasn’t just a solid working relationship. This was the real deal.
Today, we run Phoenix Services Corp together as partners in business and in life. We combine our experience, work ethic, and different perspectives to serve our clients with honesty, energy, and a whole lot of hustle.
